Deputy Nursery Manager– Up to £35,000

This Deputy Nursery Manager role is room-based, working directly with children while supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery. Practice is centred on child-led learning, with planning shaped around children’s interests and observations. You will balance hands-on time in the room with oversight of standards, staff practice, and compliance.

What You’ll Need
