A respected Chartered Independent Financial Advisory firm in Chester is expanding its Paraplanning team. Known for long‑standing client relationships and exceptional staff development, this is a place where people stay, grow and build meaningful careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse clients' existing financial plans and portfolios
  • Complete technical calculations (Tax, IHT, CGT, LTA, Allowances, Cashflow Modelling)
  • Support Advisers with research and recommendation development
  • Produce clear, compliant Recommendation Reports
  • Liaise with clients, product providers and account managers
  • Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with market and product knowledge

Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have several years of paraplanning experience, RO qualifications would be preferred but not essential if experience can be evidenced.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good IT skills (MS Office)
