Summary
Are you a passionate and experienced cardiac nurse, looking to make a real difference in patients’ recovery journeys? We are seeking a dedicated cardiac rehabilitation Sister/Charge Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high quality, patient-centred care to individuals recovering from cardiac events.
As a Band 6 Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse you will:
Lead and coordinate cardiac rehabilitation programmes across inpatient, outpatient and community settings
Provide expert clinical assessment, education and support to patients and their families
Work collaboratively with consultant cardiologists, exercise specialists, dieticians, other healthcare professionals and volunteers
Contribute to service development, audit and quality improvement initiatives

As a Band 6 Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse you will:
Lead and coordinate cardiac rehabilitation programmes across inpatient, outpatient and community settings
