This role is offered on a Variable Hours contract for services, giving you the flexibility to choose whether to accept work offered to you. We’ll provide an approximate number of hours you may be asked to work, however there is no obligation for work to be offered, and there’s no obligation for you to accept the work offered.
The Opportunity
Honeywell Sports Village is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and adaptable Sports Facilities Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. One moment you may be delivering a fitness class to community members, the next supporting students, taking bookings, setting up equipment or reporting maintenance issues.
Working as part of a small, committed team, you will support the smooth running of all sports facilities, ensuring high standards of safety, professionalism and customer care. You will take on duty management responsibilities, contribute to community and curriculum activity, and help maintain the high-quality service that Honeywell Sports Village is known for.
This role requires flexibility to work across the full shift rota, including some evenings and weekends.
About You
You will be someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. Confident in leading activities and working on your own initiative, you will be comfortable dealing with a diverse range of people and responding professionally to day-to-day challenges.
Strong communication skills, reliability and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential. You should be motivated, proactive and able to balance a variety of operational tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and customer care.

Required
• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2)
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a sport or leisure environment
• Experience delivering sport or physical activity sessions to groups and/or individuals
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
