Eteach Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join our Customer Success department.
As an Account Manager (Customer Success Manager), you will work in the education technology industry, you will be closely collaborating with our customers and sales teams to understand their unique needs and provide them with exceptional support and guidance. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within our organisation. What`s in for you:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools and school groups.Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.Identifying opportunities for enhancing sales.
Providing training and onboarding, and support to clients on our platform and services.
Continually prospect for new business whilst actively managing a pipeline.The ideal candidate:
Ideally experienced in a customer success or account management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.About us:
