Crynodeb
Be responsible to the Reception Manager Act as a chaperone during consultation at a doctors request Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate person or take messages from patients and outside agencies. Review and action incoming E Mails and forward and respond as appropriate. Book emergency ambulance transport for patients as authorised by doctors. Book and log all requests for home visits and liaise with duty doctor as necessary. Send text messages via the clinical system to patients. Open and/or secure the premises as necessary.
