As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will: Support and lead Supply Chain Coordinators to consistently meet and exceed service levels Provide specialist supply chain advice to departments across the Trust Manage stock levels using inventory management systems, ensuring availability and sourcing alternatives when required Oversee structured stock reviews and maintain accurate audit trails Support product standardisation and cost improvement initiatives Promote contract compliance and effective use of e-procurement systems You will play a key role in ensuring supplies are available, where and when they are needed without compromising patient care. Leadership & Team Development Allocate work andsupport staff development Train and mentor Supply Chain Coordinators Lead six monthly stock review meetings and implement recommendations Drive service excellence and continuous improvement Operational Excellence Maintain optimum stock levels using inventory management systems Ensure accurate data entry and ordering within system deadlines Provide proactive communication regarding supply risks and alternatives Strategic & Analytical Contribution Analyse complex supply chain data and provide informed recommendations Use negotiation and influencing skills to maximise cost effectiveness What were looking for Experience within supply chain, procurement, or materials management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Confident negotiator with excellent communication abilities Strong organisational skills with the ability to respond to urgent demands Comfortable working with inventory and e-procurement systems Why Join Us?
