VACANCY – Mixing Operator
ESS Employment is seeking for an experienced Production Operative to work for our well-established client in Warmley. The role is a hands-on role, which will involve working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Duties would be mainly assisting in manufacturing process and mixing of products. Weighing and checking raw materials. Full training will be available.
The successful candidate will need to work independently and follow safe operating procedures. The Successful candidate will be using heavy machinery to complete tasks in a safe and tidy manner.
Requirements:
* Counterbalance forklift license (required), pivot steer (optional)
* Safety compliance: knowledge of SOP’s, use of Personal, protective equipment (PPE) and engineering controls to ensure working in a safe manner.
* Great time management
* Familiarity with heavy machinery and chemicals
* Independent working with the potential need to work in a team to complete jobs.
* Flexible worker, other warehouse duties may be required throughout the year.
* Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have good attention to detail.
