We are currently looking for a Conduct Analyst to join our team based out of our London or Nottingham office. In this role you will be responsible in supporting the Head of Compliance in report writing including the presentation of conduct metrics to various Committees and the Board and assisting with the production of the annual Consumer Duty Board Report as well as analysing conduct data. You’ll work closely with our Conduct team to strengthen the frameworks and mechanisms that ensure we operate in a compliant, ethical, and customer‑focused way, upholding Consumer Duty principles and delivering good outcomes and fair value for our customers.
To be successful you will have a proactive, independent working style and a strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and communicate insights clearly, have experience analysing conduct data in a financial services environment, strong report writing skills, particularly within financial services and confident working with stakeholders across the business. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good MS office - particularly Excel is crucial in this role.
