Are you passionate about exceptional patient care and eager to join a supportive, high-performing clinical team? We are seeking a compassionate Theatre Support Worker to join our dynamic theatre department at Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in caring for patients at vulnerable moments. Working alongside Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary colleagues, you’ll provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring every individual feels safe, respected, and supported.
You’ll help maintain a safe and efficient theatre environment by preparing areas, supporting infection prevention, and assisting colleagues in the scrub role. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude will directly impact the smooth running of theatres and the quality of care we deliver.
We’re looking for someone empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented, who takes pride in high standards and treats patients and families with dignity and compassion.
