Our client is a leading UK-based online SaaS platform supporting auction businesses. They are looking for a first-ever Senior Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of 450 client accounts, defining and building the Account Management function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape a key part of the business and grow your own team in the future.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client accounts, managing 450 clients from day one
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across a B2B platform
- Conduct service level reviews to identify gaps, improve the client experience, and uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell and product improvement opportunities
- Analyze usage and performance data to spot trends and commercial opportunities
- Help define processes and best practices for a newly established Account Management function
- Mentor and eventually manage additional Account Managers as the team grows
Who You Are
- Experienced in SaaS or product-led B2B environments, with a proven track record in managing multiple client accounts
- Comfortable managing high-volume portfolios and delivering operational excellence
- Technically confident and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ambitious and ready to take ownership of a function and grow a team in the future
