About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Soil Association Certification as a Salesforce Database Administrator, playing a key role in maintaining, developing, and enhancing the organisation’s Salesforce platform. Working closely with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external database providers, you will ensure high data quality, strong system performance, and meaningful reporting that supports Forestry and Climate & Landscape certification activities. The role offers the chance to contribute to system improvements, automation, and user training while supporting work that delivers positive environmental impact.
About You
You are an experienced Salesforce professional with strong knowledge of system administration, data management, and reporting, and a proven ability to maintain and optimise Salesforce to meet organisational needs. You are confident supporting users, managing permissions and licences, and contributing to system improvements, testing, and automation. Highly organised and detail-focused, you take pride in ensuring data quality and clear documentation, while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You work well independently and collaboratively, remain calm under pressure, and are motivated by the opportunity to support meaningful work aligned with environmental and sustainability goals.
