Ensure compliance with ISS policies and NHS client policies, navigating both confidently.
Promote equal opportunity, cultural diversity and an inclusive working environment.
Identify and share new approaches to health, wellbeing and employee engagement.
Help raise awareness of corporate social responsibility and charity initiatives to support a positive culture.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong HR and ER experience with confidence managing a high volume of varied cases.
Proven ability to navigate multiple policies, ideally within complex environments such as client-based or public sector settings.
Personable, approachable and able to communicate effectively with staff and senior stakeholders.
Confident, self-assured decision maker with the ability to remain resilient and adaptable.
Able to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable being onsite 4 days per week and building strong relationships with managers and teams.
