Crynodeb
Fawkes & Reece are working with a large social housing contractor who are working on a Retrofit scheme in Bradford. The contractor is looking for 2 Site Managers to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis.
The successful Managers will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector, be based within the Bradford area or within travelling distance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing trades and Labour
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
- Reporting progress to senior management.
- Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
- Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too
Requirements & Experience
- SMSTS
- First Aid At Work
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience in Social Housing/Retrofit
- Own transport
Benefits
- Monday - Friday working week, 40-45 Hours per Week
- £28 Per Hour CIS/UMB
