About our company

Purpose of the role
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support to Customer Service team members and ABMs, helping them deliver on the company’s commitments for fabric delivery dates and service levels for colour woven fabrics. Work closely with Production, Finishing, Warehouse teams, and external suppliers to effectively prioritise workload across all WIP processes, while actively maintaining and monitoring the service we provide to our customers.

The day to day
• To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
• Produce priority lists and work closely with Production, Finishing, and Holmfirth Dyers to ensure all colour woven priorities— including backorders and low stock F01 items—are completed quickly.
• Provide accurate schedule dates for customer backorders and handle all schedule related queries.
• Monitor WIP reports regularly to identify any finishing bottlenecks, chase outstanding requirements, and report issues to Finishing Team Leaders and Holmfirth Dyers.
• Review candidates and job sheets routinely to close down old schedules and maintain accurate planning data.
• Check the daily Call Off to ensure yarns are correctly allocated before issuing jobs to production.
• Print and verify all Contract Manufacturing job sheets, ensuring ticket accuracy and correct warp beam requirements for the warping team.
• Provide full holiday cover for the Planning Team Leader, including loom planning responsibilities.

Other Considerations
• Confident user of AS400 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in production planning.
• Full driving licence (travel between sites may be required).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ongoing Training: Stocking policy awareness, Camira MRP systems
