Anaisa Care is seeking an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
This is a key role supporting the smooth delivery of high quality Home care. You’ll work closely with care staff, clients, and families to ensure services are well planned, responsive, and person-centred.
What you’ll be responsible for
Coordinating rotas and managing staff schedules
Liaising with clients, families, and care teams
Supporting service delivery and continuity of care
Responding to day-to-day operational needs
Maintaining accurate records and communication
Essential requirements
✔ Previous experience in a care coordination role
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Access to your own vehicle
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage priorities
