Overall Purpose of Post
To serve as the strategic and commercial authority for all Hamilton Brookes product and content. This role is responsible for:
Defining and executing the entire product and content publishing lifecycle (from research and ideation through to final delivery and lifecycle management) to ensure resources are commercially viable and align with both primary curriculum standards and institutional strategy.
Owning and upholding the highest quality and governance standards for all content, including pedagogical integrity, style, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and rights management.
Driving operational efficiency and innovation by optimizing the use of the Content Management System (CMS), directing freelance teams, and strategically piloting new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), into the production workflow.
Qualifications and Experience: Essential Experience:
Degree level or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and copy editing.
Attentive to detail with clear communication skills.
Experience in project and budget management.
