We are recruiting Graduate Primary Teaching Assistants to work in supportive South London primary schools, many serving diverse and underrepresented communities. These are full-time, long-term roles ideal for graduates who are passionate about social mobility and making a genuine difference.

The Opportunity – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

In this role, you’ll work within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, supporting pupils who are full of potential and curiosity. Many of the children you’ll work with benefit enormously from strong academic guidance, encouragement and positive role models.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support
• Helping pupils overcome learning barriers
• Encouraging confidence, resilience and independence
• Supporting literacy and numeracy development
• Promoting an inclusive and nurturing classroom culture

You will work closely with experienced teachers and pastoral teams, gaining invaluable insight into supporting children from a wide range of backgrounds.
