Retail Sales AdvisorStratford Upon Avon40 hours per week over 5 daysMonday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota£26,945.00 per annum plus company pension and benefits Salaries will be increased on 1 April 2026 as part of the Company pay review We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, to provide exceptional service to our customers in-store. You will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly - experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and teamwork skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.Our Stratford-upon-Avon branch is conveniently located on the Avon Industrial Estate and inside we offer a great choice of paints, wallpaper and fabric books. In-store, customers will find a wide variety of designer and trade paints, wallcovering and fabric options, and all of the decorating tools and equipment our customers need to get their jobs done, whether they be professional decorators or keen home décor enthusiasts.
