Our Porters play a key role in the site’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Working under the guidance of the Facilities Team, you will provide general porter and support duties, including Post Room support when required, contributing to the smooth running of the Facilities Department in line with site culture and business needs.
The Role
Integrate into the team, supporting all aspects of the working environment
Provide general porter support across the site, including Post Room duties when required
Support the set-up and clearing of meeting and conference rooms, ensuring rooms are prepared to customer requirements and time pressures
Be responsible for the site’s stock, ensuring it is handled appropriately and carefully managed
Maintain a high standard of general hygiene, ensuring the site is clean and compliant with company and statutory regulations
Uphold our Health & Safety values, always maintaining a secure and safe environment
Work in line with our standards of accuracy and professionalism
Represent our team at all times, always keeping Client satisfaction in mind
