Location: London, EC1Y 0TW

Contract: Full-time, Fixed term (3 Months)

​Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm

About the role

To provide administrative and data support contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of Itec’s training programmes in England. ​

Your impact:

Responsible for working with the Manager to coordinate training programmes across the UK
Accountable for ensuring all training materials are saved for easy access for future use
Accountable for processing invoices, flagging up any discrepancies in a timely manner
Responsible for collating training programme evaluations feedback and sending on to relevant team members for review in a timely manner
Attend weekly planning meetings
Responsible for ensuring that data and monitoring information is accurately input and contained in the CRM (Salesforce) and any other reporting systems
Supporting the onboarding of employers and learners on to Itec skills development programmes
Responsible, with other team members, for contacting employers, learners and facilitators to arrange training events.
Responsible, with other team members, for researching and identifying prospective new clients and passing details onto the sales team
Identify sales and marketing opportunities and forward to the relevant department, including received enquiries through Itec marketing activity
Accountable for providing data-led, relevant insights and recommendations to support top level strategy
Accountable for creating reports for the sales and marketing team on weekly/monthly basis
Responsible for ensuring that all external materials, emails and feed-back activity is of the highest quality and consistent with the requirements of Itec quality expectations
Responsible for providing general administrative support including answering, transferring calls; general day to day offices / administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, shredding etc.
Responsible for monitoring stock levels for printed stationery, books and marketing materials
Ad hoc tasks to support the team and covering work for staff members, as required

Essential

Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
Experience with customer service, sales, and telesales
Experience of working with CRM
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Planning and organisational skills
Desirable

Experience of working across sectors and industries
Advanced Excel user
