Salary: c £27k depending on experience + quarterly performance bonus

Based in central Bmth, where parking is heavily subsidised, you will be joining a progressive and growing practice who has been established for a long time and who have a fantastic reputation.
This is a perfect time to join a growing and progressively thinking team and firm.
The successful Legal Secretary?will provide support to fee earners and partners who are focused on providing a very high-quality legal service?to their clients. You will act as a vital point of contact for clients and colleagues.
The role would suit someone with experience of working as a Legal Secretary within various departments, however we will also consider people with property administration experience.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, will be able to manage a varied workload to include secretarial assistance, answering calls, filing, typing (inc audio), document production, file and diary management and general office administration.
Most of all you will be a positive, proactive person who can work in a deadline driven department where compliance is key.
Although having legal secretarial experience is ideal, the key requirements for the Legal Secretary are:
Experience of liaising with clients, on the phone and on email.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate, together with the ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
An excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft software packages, including the production and editing of various forms of documentation.
Experience using modern document management systems.
Experience working as a Legal Secretary is preferred alternatively we will look at people with property admin experience
Audio Typing (can be taught)
There is a strong team ethic within the firm and as such you must be prepared to work within a professional services environment. Professionalism, great communication and strong Legal Secretary, Secretarial/PA or strong property administration skills and experience are essential
