About the role
You will ensure robust clinical governance and that the self-pay counselling service is safe, effective, and delivered to the highest professional standard in line with professional practice guidelines/BACP ethical framework.
This is an opportunity to help deliver our new self-pay counselling service: Open Mind.
About you
You will be recognised professional counselling/psychotherapy qualification (minimum Level 4 Diploma or equivalent).
You will need post-qualification counselling/psychotherapy experience (minimum 450 hours of demonstrable supervised practice).
You will have experience in managing or leading clinical governance within a counselling service or team.
You will have excellent communication, time management skills and strong clinical leadership, reflective practice and supervisory skills.
You will have experience in using case management systems (e.g., Zanda) and digital tools.
