Paragon Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant in Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will support pupils with additional learning needs on a one-to-one and small-group basis.

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional or complex needs
Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
Promote independence, confidence, and social development
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language)
Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
