- Performing demolition and deconstruction tasks in accordance with CCDO (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) standards.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment required for demolition activities.
- Assisting in the preparation and clean-up of work areas.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Reporting any hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the site supervisor.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Possession of a valid CCDO card.
- Previous experience in demolition or construction work.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the demolition industry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in varying conditions.
- A valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
Day-to-Day Your day-to-day activities will include:
