We are recruiting for skilled Production Technician's to join a busy engineering production team near Christchurch.
This role involves a mix of electrical and mechanical assembly, working to detailed engineering drawings to deliver high-quality products to schedule.
The duties for Production Technican will include:
- Electrical assembly of modules and cabinet builds
- Mechanical assembly and product testing
- Working from mechanical and electrical engineering drawings
- Potential involvement in high-tolerance fitting and calibration
- Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail
Experience required for the Production Technican role:
- Experience working in a workshop/production environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Confident using hand tools
- Electrical panel wiring and precision mechanical assembly experience advantageous
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician looking to work within a structured, quality-driven engineering environment.
The role will be paying a competiive salary and will be working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
