We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to support our pub and support function managers in creating great colleague experiences that ultimately drive great guest experiences.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll provide hands on employee relations support, guiding managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and probation matters while ensuring advice is clear, fair, risk aware, and aligned to both employment law and company values.
You’ll play a key role in building manager capability, coaching leaders to handle people matters confidently and consistently, while promoting early, informal resolution wherever possible.
Alongside case management, you’ll use people data and insight to spot trends, support absence and wellbeing processes, and contribute to continuous improvements in policies and people practices.
Working collaboratively across HR, payroll, and recruitment teams, you’ll take ownership of operational problem solving, helping managers navigate onboarding, pay queries, organisational change, and consultation activity smoothly.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong ER expertise with a practical, people centred approach and a passion for creating inclusive, respectful workplace cultures.

- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
- Experience in a fast paced, multi-site environment.
- Experience delivering training or workshops.
