Impact Futures Group are looking for an strategic and values-driven HR Business Partner who can connect strategic intent with
operational rigour; ensuring our people practices are fair, consistent, and aligned to the culture we want to build.
The role is hybrid, a blend between working from home and travelling occasionally for meetings.
The Role:
As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Director and senior People Team. This role translates people strategy
into day-to-day practice, while feeding operational insight back into strategic decision-making. It is a key role in ensuring that
culture, performance, and employee experience are supported by strong, effective HR operations.
What you’ll do
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders and managers, providing pragmatic people advice aligned to both cultural priorities and
operational requirements
- Support the People team in delivering people and culture initiatives, ensuring they land effectively at manager and team level
- Act as a conduit between strategic people initiatives and operational execution
Culture, Values & Engagement
- Embed organisational values into everyday people practices, leadership behaviours, and decision-making
- Support engagement, listening, and values initiatives, translating insight into practical actions
- Reinforce culture through consistent application of people processes and behaviours
HR Operations Alignment
- Work closely with the senior People Team to ensure people policies, processes, and employee relations practices are consistently
applied
- Provide feedback from the business to improve HR operational processes, systems, and ways of working
- Ensure that people initiatives are operationally deliverable, scalable, and compliant
Performance & Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with
policy and legislation
- Coach managers on performance management, absence, conduct, and capability issues
- Identify recurring issues and work to address root causes
Learning, Development & Capability
- Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment between capability-building goals and
operational realities
- Work with leaders to identify development needs and ensure access to appropriate learning solutions
- Encourage a culture of continuous development supported by clear, practical processes
Change, Growth & Integration
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, role changes, and new ways of working
- Contribute to M&A integration activities, ensuring people processes, communications, and cultural alignment are effectively
implemented
- Help ensure change is delivered consistently and with appropriate operational rigour
Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Use people data and operational insight to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Share insight with the senior People team to inform strategy and priorities
- Partner with HR team to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience

About you:
Essential:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation
- Experience operating between strategic people initiatives and operational delivery
- Ability to influence and coach managers with credibility and pragmatism
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience in fast growth environments
- Experience supporting culture, engagement, or leadership initiatives
- Exposure to M&A integration or organisational change
