The Best Connection are working with a long-standing client based in Barrow Upon Soar and are looking to recruit a General Operative to join their team in a fast-paced environment. Following a successful trial period, this position has the opportunity to become a permanent role.
Pay rate & Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 17:00 - 03:00
- First hour: £12.25 per hour
- Remaining hours: £14.98 per hour
Duties Include:
- Work across multiple loading bays as required
- Ensure all outgoing pallets are wrapped, secured, and ready for dispatch
- Physically demanding role involving heavy lifting
- Work in cold conditions
Requirements:
- Safety boots and high-visibility clothing must be worn at all times
- Must have own vehicle to access the site
- Adhere to on-site traffic regulations (10mph speed limit - speed cameras in operation)
- Reverse parking only on site
- Follow all health and safety procedures
