Cygnet Group is looking for a dedicated Learning Disabilities Support Worker (Nights) to join our team at Oakwood Gardens.

You’ll be working 42 hours per week, covering night shifts from 7:45pm to 8:00am, including alternative weekends.

In this role, you’ll make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support, helping them live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.

Oakwood Gardens is a supported living service made up of nine self‑contained bungalows, located in Wombourne. We support adults over 18 with learning disabilities, autism, complex mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge. Each person holds their own tenancy, and our team provides personalised, respectful support that empowers individuals to live more independently.

About the Role

  • Promoting independence and supporting residents with daily living skills

  • Providing emotional and practical support throughout the night

  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff

  • Completing accurate records to help track health and progress

  • Working as part of a caring, committed team
