About You:

Are you an experienced RMN - Care Coordinator looking for a role with flexibility and competitive pay?

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RMN - Care Coordinator to join the Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

To act as Care Coordinator for service users identified as having a first episode psychosis, being in the early phase of a psychotic illness or at risk mental state. To assess needs and deliver interventions in line with currently identified best practice in line with NICE guidance. To provide advice and supervision as required to other mental health professionals within the multi-disciplinary team and to contribute to ongoing service developments.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) with:

  • NMC Registration.
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • The ability to pass an enhanced background check.
