Our client, a well-established school in Wimbledon, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Learning Support Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalised support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have the resources and assistance required to thrive academically.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for education, a patient and nurturing approach, and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs
- Assisting with the delivery of lessons, activities, and educational programmes
- Collaborating with teachers to adapt learning materials and create differentiated resources
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting support strategies as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall evaluation of student progress
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, a strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant qualification in education, special needs, or a related field would be highly desirable.
