Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term temporary (potential for permanent role)

The Opportunity
A welcoming and well-established secondary school in Leicester is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their support team on a long-term basis.

Your Role
- Support pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention support
- Assist teachers during lessons and classroom activities
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Help create a calm, inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, mentoring, coaching, care, etc.)
- A patient, proactive and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Why Apply?
- Long-term stability in one school
- No day-to-day supply
- Opportunity to gain valuable secondary experience
