Are you passionate about supporting young people's development and wellbeing? Do you want to work in a nurturing school environment where each child is encouraged to succeed? M&M Supply is recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Supply Staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).

As a valued member of the school community through M&M Supply, you will:

Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient and who thrive in structured educational settings.

✔ Experience working with children and young people (teaching assistant, mentoring, youth work or similar)
✔ Awareness of SEMH and SEN needs (desirable but not essential; training available)
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
✔ Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive approach to pupil support
