M&M Supply is recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Supply Staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).

✔ Experience working with children and young people (teaching assistant, mentoring, youth work or similar)
✔ Awareness of SEMH and SEN needs (desirable but not essential; training available)
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
✔ Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive approach to pupil support
