Our client, a highly regarded educational institution in High Wycombe, Berkshire, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-time SEN HLTA/Unqualified Teacher to join their dedicated team. This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive daily rate of £125 - £190, making it an attractive proposition for professionals seeking a challenging and fulfilling role.

As a Full-time SEN HLTA/Unqualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of students with various special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that empowers these young learners to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEND teaching strategies and a proven track record of working effectively with students who have complex needs. You will be adept at delivering tailored lessons, providing individual support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic wellbeing and progress of each student.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of SEND students
- Providing targeted one-on-one or small-group support to students, addressing their specific educational, social, and emotional requirements
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement personalised education plans
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track student progress and inform future interventions
- Actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in SEND education
- Fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to promote a inclusive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment

To thrive in this role, you will need to be a highly adaptable, resilient, and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of SEND students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with a diverse team and engaging with families on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant teaching qualification or experience as an HLTA, along with a deep understanding of the SEND curriculum and assessment frameworks. Familiarity with assistive technologies and a willingness to continuously learn and expand your skillset are also highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a supportive and inclusive educational environment. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of SEND students, we encourage you to submit your CV for consideration.

This job is being advertised on Senploy - the UK's favourite education and SEND job board.
