Job Title: QTS Tutor (Oldham)
Location: Oldham
Pay Rate: GBP25 per hour (starting rate)
Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | 20 hours per week
Start Date: March 2026

We are seeking a dedicated QTS Tutor to provide expert one-to-one tuition for students in Oldham. As a QTS tutor, you will deliver tailored lessons in core subjects like Maths and English, supporting students to improve their academic skills and boost their confidence in preparation for exams.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one GCSE English and Maths tuition, customized to individual learning needs.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to support student progress at their own pace.
Help students develop effective study skills, revision strategies, and exam techniques.
Build a positive and supportive rapport with students to encourage academic growth.
Provide regular feedback to parents/carers and professionals to track student progress.

Essential Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring English or Maths, ideally at GCSE level.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience teaching both English and Maths at GCSE level.
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning needs.
