Woolavington Village Primary School is seeking a caring and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our youngest learners, helping them develop confidence, independence and a strong foundation for future learning.
Working closely with the Headteacher and Nursery Manager, you will support children both individually and in groups, helping them access the curriculum and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment. This role includes supporting children with personal care needs, and we are looking for someone who approaches this with professionalism, warmth and sensitivity.
You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team who are committed to ensuring every child feels valued, included and supported.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Has experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
Is confident supporting children with personal care needs including toileting, feeding and mobility support
Understands the importance of inclusion and supporting children with additional needs
Builds positive relationships with children, colleagues and families
Brings energy, patience and commitment to their role
