Hours: 6 hours 40 minutes per week (Monday to Friday), Term Time only to exclude inset days (38 Weeks)

Sea Mills Primary School is seeking a dedicated and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join their hardworking and supportive staff team.As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:Supervise pupils during lunch times, including in the dining hall, playground, or classroomsEncourage positive behaviour and social interactionAssist with basic care needs where appropriateManage minor first-aid incidents and report concerns to senior staffFollow school safeguarding and behaviour policies consistentlyEnsure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils at all timesWe are looking for someone who will also:Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitudeWork well as part of a team while also using their own initiativeCommunicate clearly and kindly with children and staffShow warmth, care, and commitment to children’s safety and wellbeingRemain calm and supportive in interactions with pupilsSupport the school’s outdoor play approach, embracing our ‘whatever the weather’ ethosAct as a helpful link between pupils, lunchtime staff, and teaching staffBe willing to take part in training and professional developmentMaintain confidentiality at all timesPlease refer to the candidate information pack, under "supporting documents" for more information about the role. ​
Fluency Duty 
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
