Requirements:
- Available to work Monday to Friday ( additional hours may be offered if required by the Council including weekends)
- Working Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm , Friday 6am-1:30pm
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
- Start dates are asap
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Street Cleansing Operative- Derby , you will:
- Sweeping and cleaning streets, pavements, and public areas
- Collecting litter and emptying public bins
- Operating basic cleansing equipment and tools
- Reporting hazards or maintenance issues
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements
