Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of a local government reorganisation programme, from design to delivery.
- Oversee structural, cultural, and operational transformation across the organisation.
- Provide strategic leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Manage governance, programme boards, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders including elected members, executives, partners, and external bodies.
- Ensure services are redesigned for efficiency, modernisation, and improved customer experience.
- Oversee budgets, resources, and overall programme performance.
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance throughout the reorganisation.
