Summary

Support Worker – Didcot
£14.20–£18.50 per hour

Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, delivering high-quality care to children, young people, and adults with neurodiversity, autism, and learning disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including residential homes, schools, and community-based services, with consistent weekly hours available.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, independent lives.
Your duties may include:
• Supporting with daily living tasks and personal care
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Encouraging participation in activities, education, and hobbies
• Implementing and following individual support plans
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals

Skills & Experience
We are seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about making a difference.
Experience supporting people with neurodiversity, autism, or learning disabilities is desirable, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You should be:
• Flexible and reliable
• Confident working a range of shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights)
• Patient, resilient, and committed to delivering high standards of care
