Are you passionate about supporting people? Do you have the skills and compassion to make a real difference in their lives? Completely care are looking for Agency Workers to join our team in Newport and the surrounding areas!
Shifts: Days and nights
As a Care worker you will:
Use equipment such as hoists to safely support with moving and handling.
Assist individuals with everyday tasks, including personal care, light household duties, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and offer a warm, friendly presence to those you support.
Communicate clearly and professionally with families and other healthcare professionals.
Deliver care in a person-centred manner, always prioritising the needs and preferences of each service user.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records at all times.
Requirements:
6 months UK based care experience.
An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
A caring personality and a strong desire to support others.
A practical manual handling certificate
