Summary

We are currently seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, caring and inspiring Senior Support Workers for our Bideford-based homes. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, positivity and a genuine passion for supporting children to thrive. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, engaging and able to create a fun, nurturing environment where younger children feel safe, encouraged and empowered. Previous experience working with younger children is highly desirable.
We offer competitive rates of pay:
Based on a 40hr per week contract:
Senior Support Worker £33,280pa
The above excludes sleep in allowance of £60 per sleep in and Senior on-call rate of £52.50-£89.25.
We also offer 35 contracts.
