West Kent is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Asset Manager to join our dynamic team! You will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our housing portfolio. We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive professional to oversee asset performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the quality of our housing stock.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement asset management strategies that align with organisational goals.Produce West Kents 5,10 and 30-year planned works profiles ensuring our Business Plan meets these requirements.Analyse financial performance against data insights for capital planning and investment decisions.Lead our internal team of Stock condition surveyors.Take responsibility for all Asset Data held in our systems.
