Complaints & Feedback Case Officer (5 month FTC)
Are you an experienced at dealing with customer complaints? Looking for a 5 month FTC contract role, based in Knowsley earning £27,185 pro rata per year?

Your role
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and customers regarding complaints and feedback
Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the entire complaints process
Focus on resolving complaints within agreed timescales, ensuring a fair and customer centred approach
Acknowledge all complaints promptly and keep customers fully updated on progress and outcomes
Produce regular, accurate, and timely reports on complaint trends, resolutions, and service performance
Collate all customer feedback and apply an analytical approach to identify themes, improvements and service development opportunities
What We Need from You.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or possession of an appropriate trade qualification
Evidence of Continual Professional Development (CPD) in Customer Services
Recognised housing qualification and knowledge of relevant housing legislation (Desirable)
