Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead the delivery of a major People System upgrade and wider business transformation activity. Working in close partnership with stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify and assess the impact of change on processes, people, data and systems, ensuring solutions are aligned to organisational priorities.

You will analyse existing documentation and data to design and document improvements to roles, processes and systems, enhancing the experience of employees, volunteers, supporters and customers. With significant expertise in data architecture, data mapping and migration, and complex system integrations, you will translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong experience in end-to-end system integration, data management, and embedding sustainable change within business teams to enable the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.

About You

Demonstrable experience delivering successful business analysis across multiple major digital projects, including producing Business Requirements Documents (functional and non-functional) and As-Is / To-Be process documentation.
Strong expertise in data processes, including analysing and documenting data flows, proposing system and process improvements, and supporting KPI development and reporting.
Experience leading projects from concept through to delivery, working within structured project environments and introducing or operating within Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to embed within business areas to understand operational drivers, influence stakeholders, and translate complex technical solutions into clear, accessible requirements.
Experience managing change alongside system implementation, including complex system integrations and (desirably) Dynamics D365 environments.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities, demonstrating a values-driven approach, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
About the Role

Champion compassionate, values-driven leadership while promoting diversity, inclusion and active engagement in organisational improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors and product owners, acting as a key point of contact for business change initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis across people, processes, data and technology to understand current operations and identify improvement opportunities.
Document current and future-state processes, define success measures, and manage Business Requirement Documents from concept through to delivery using best practice.
Ensure solutions remain aligned to user requirements through impact analysis, testing, and close collaboration with architects and development teams.
Lead change and system adoption by improving business processes, increasing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and leveraging existing systems where possible.
