Crynodeb
This role requires strong organisational ability, attention to detail and confidence working in a fastpaced, clinically focused environment with frequent interruptions and competing priorities. The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE/OLevel standard and ideally bring at least two years NHS experience, within Radiology or a similar service, with familiarity of systems such as CRIS, TrakCare (or other patient administration systems) and standard Microsoft applications. You will be able to work calmly under pressure, meet tight deadlines and maintain highquality data entry, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills when liaising with patients, consultants and wider clinical teams. The postholder will be adept at problemsolving, preempting potential issues, and managing their own workload independently while contributing to a safe, responsive and efficient service.
