To coordinate and manage the day to day operational activity of the automated biochemistry laboratory to ensure efficient and effective patient pathway delivery. Provide leadership, organisation and operational problem solving for the biochemistry service Ensure quality assurance and quality control is maintained ensuring accreditation to UKAS standards Manage laboratory equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance performance and fault resolution.
