Administrator – Showroom – Part time – 25 hours per week, £20000 + benefits
Based on the outskirts of Manchester / North Street M8 area
Daily duties include handle correspondence including emails and phone calls.
To provide high-quality sales and customer service support within one of the UK’s leading wholesale retailers. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience to our trade customers, setting up and maintaining customer accounts, and using the sales dashboard/CRM to support sales performance and reporting in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
Provide sales and administrative support to internal and external sales team members.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Support sales activity through accurate data entry, reporting, and account management.
Work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Based in the showroom meeting clients
Join this small friendly team / All Office based ideally 5 days per week, may consider 4 days – Mornings….
