A Senior Civil Engineer position has arisen in the Reactors programme engineering team. This position will support a wide range of projects currently ongoing and new projects coming on stream.

Experience in Design Authority and Intelligent Customer roles is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an engineering and safety case delivery strategy, optimising plans to respond to changes when necessary
Apply health, safety, environmental and waste management processes with engineering activities taking advice where necessary from appropriate specialists
Validate the completion of activities to ensure compliance with procedures, legislation and quality standards
Liaise effectively with regulators and stakeholders on specific projects
Design and evaluate the technical governance of projects
Undertake project governance roles as required
Establish and maintain Design Authority arrangements

Aptitudes and experience:
Degree in engineering or equivalent
Civil engineering experience
